While most of our projects have been with restaurants and coffee shops, the work we do is transferrable to any type of retailer. Prospyr is one such example.

Hired to stabilize organization and assess concept for viability to scale. Developed strategy, led and deployed full rebrand, recruited and hired COO.

*Oversaw a successful rebrand.
* Transitioned the company from a traditional to a digital marketing plan.
* Identified and opened new e-commerce channels.
* Provided executive leadership during transition, then hired and onboarded COO.
* Led development of SOPs and training materials.
* Worked with team to eliminate $500K inventory backlog.

Prosper went on to open 3 more locations over the next 2 years using the foundation put in place through this assignment.
