The Vietnam market opening is one of many US and international projects I worked on while employed with Starbucks Coffee Company. This project delivered the systems, tools, and training used to scale the market to 92 stores.
* Worked with market partners to develop a new store opening schedule and calendar of key milestones; held cross functional teams accountable to their respective deliverables.
* Established key performance metrics for customer satisfaction and operations excellence; worked with market partners to implement systems and processes for delivering and reporting on these metrics.
* Provided training materials for daily operations and coached team on delivery and timing of training. Conducted Train-The-Trainer sessions to build competency within the market.
* Provided operations excellence tools for all dayparts and functions within operations. Coached team to build competency.
* Reviewed menu to ensure appropriate balance of core and regional items; provided coaching to optimize product selection and pricing.
* Provided coaching and support as needed to remove barriers and enable speed to market.
